About David Herrera

David Herrera is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist who helps clients

improve strength, mobility, and long-term wellness through an evidence-based, practical

approach. He holds multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine —

including Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Women’s Fitness, Senior Fitness, and

Nutrition Coaching — and is deeply passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger,

and regain confidence in their bodies.

His coaching focuses on functional movement, gait and mobility restoration, and strength

training built around real-life needs. David blends detailed biomechanics with an approachable,

supportive style that meets each person where they are. He also takes great pride in staying

within his professional scope. While he is not a medical provider, he regularly collaborates with

physical therapists, chiropractors, and other allied professionals to ensure clients get the right

care at the right time. When a situation falls outside his role as a trainer, David has no hesitation

referring clients to the appropriate specialists — their safety and long-term wellbeing always

come first.

What truly sets David apart is the level of attention and integrity he brings to every individual. He

invests heavily in continuing education and takes time to understand each client’s movement

history, goals, and daily challenges. His mission is simple: to help people reclaim their vitality,

move with confidence, and build a healthier, more capable life — through thoughtful coaching,

genuine connection, and a commitment to doing what’s right for each person he serves.
